Just had a mad thought and was wondering if it would work. Having recently got the idea from the guy with the VIP style GS300 and his "puddle lights" I thought that, if I got some of them LED strip lights and wired them to the standard door light then fixed them beneath the door would they work or isnt there enough clearance under the door?

it might but it wouldnt be under the car plus i think the car door to the floor would be to big of a distance the light would spread out to much -
I understand that they wouldnt be under the car but they would provide some better lighting I think wouldnt they? From what I've seen these LED strips are getting quite bright so they might just work.Comment
